Announcements

The public is invited to attend an Open House on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm to learn more about the upcoming reconstruction of Midland Road (11 Mile Rd to Garfield Rd). This event will provide residents, property owners, and businesses with an opportunity to review project plans, meet with project representatives, and ask questions about the proposed improvements.

Information presented at the Open House will include:

• Project scope, schedule, and anticipated construction timeline
• Planned roadway and drainage improvements
• Expected traffic impacts, detours, and access considerations during construction
• Potential impacts to properties and parcels adjacent to the roadway
• Opportunities for public input and feedback

Project team members will be available throughout the event to discuss the project and address questions or concerns. A short introduction of the project is planned, but not a formal presentation. 

We encourage any interested residents and property owners to attend and learn how the project may affect travel, access, and properties along the corridor.
