The Vehicle Maintenance and Parts Department keeps the Bay County Road Commission’s fleet and specialized equipment safe, reliable, and ready for year-round operations. The department supports more than 300 pieces of equipment, including cars, pickup trucks, snowplows, dump trucks, graders, loaders, excavators, backhoes, sweepers, mowers, and other specialized machinery.

Kevin Streich oversees the inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of the Road Commission’s vehicles and equipment. He works with the department’s three mechanics to ensure equipment remains dependable and available for daily maintenance, construction, and emergency operations.
